Orders will be delivered between 1-3 business days either to the home address or clinic. **THERE MAY BE DELAY DUE TO COVID-19 AND AVAILABILITY OF WAREHOUSE STAFF**
All Sales Final. We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged or do not fit properly. In circumstances where you consider a product defective or damaged, you should promptly contact us at 780-662-0112 with details of the products and defect/damage. If there is a discrepancy in size, an exchange will be issued with the same product in a different size. e.g. collars, leashes, clothing, etc. within 5 business days of receipt without any additional charges. After 5 business days, all exchanges will incur a 10% restocking fee.
West Wind Veterinary Hospital is not responsible for orders stolen, frozen, melted, or otherwise compromised when shipped to home. It is expected someone to be home for the delivery.

Standard Shipping is available across all Canadian provinces. Most standard shipping may be deliverable within 1-2 business days and some restrictions apply to specific locations. Shipments to rural addresses may exceed the standard shipping delivery window and may not be available for Ship to Home. Shipments are not available to post office box addresses.
Shipping costs are based on the products ordered. Due to size and/or weight, certain items bear a shipping surcharge or special handling fee, which will apply. Total shipping charges are automatically calculated during Checkout prior to completing your order.
